Running back Jamaal Charles (quad) did not work during team portion of the practice. Both he and the Chiefs were confident he would be available in Sunday's game against Dallas at Arrowhead Stadium. Tight end Travis Kelce (knee) was listed on the injury report as a limited participant. Kelce was available but did not play last week against Jacksonville because of soreness in the knee.
Starting right guard Jon Asamoah (calf) was among five players listed as full practice participants. Asamoah didn't play against the Jaguars but appears on track to return on Sunday.
The others who were listed as full practice participants: offensive lineman Donald Stephenson (shoulder), linebackers Nico Johnson (ankle) and Dezman Moses (toe) and safety Husain Abdullah (foot).
Defensive lineman Allen Bailey, who missed all of last week and the game after the death of his father, returned to practice. Offensive tackle Eric Fisher was removed from the injury report after being listed last week because of lingering soreness in his shoulder.
