What I think the Titans are thinking...

We can’t jump out and say “Told you so,” because we know it’s just one game. But everything we’ve been talking about and working toward was reaffirmed with that effort and result in Pittsburgh. It bothers us some that a lot of the talk has been about the Steelers’ struggles rather than our success, but we will simply use that as additional fuel as we prepare to go to Houston and be one of the league’s most surprising 2-0 team. Sure, we’d like games to take the shape our opener took. That’s probably not going to be the case against the Texans, so we’ll have a different looking plan, we’ll execute it and we’ll show the NFL that we can do more than run and play defense against a bad offense. When we win this one, people will probably try to make it about the Texans instead of us. We’ll happily get used to that. OK, we won’t really, but it’s not something we care about that much in the big picture.
