Horse-collar tackle costs CB Hall

Washington Redskins cornerback DeAngelo Hall was fined $20,000 by the league for a horse-collar tackle during Monday night's loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, according to multiple reports.
Hall received a 15-yard penalty for his tackle on DeSean Jackson in the second quarter, after the receiver's 14-yard reception. Jackson retaliated by shoving Hall after the play, but received no penalty -- which did not sit well with the Redskins, one team official said.
Hall will appeal the fine.
Hall had a rough 2012 season in terms of fines. He received a $30,000 fine for yelling at an official in a loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers on Oct. 28. He also was fined $35,750 for two incidents in a Thanksgiving Day win against Dallas.
